Summer Experience with the Ballard Hall Sales Group – Emmett Harris

My summer internship at Ballard Hall Sales Group, a commercial and residential Real Estate Brokerage out of New Shoreham, Rhode Island, has been one of the most constructive and informative experiences of my life. Working directly with Gail Hall, the Principal Broker and Owner of the firm, I was given an intensive overview of the Real Estate Industry, along with the skills and methods that produce success within it. My main roles at the Firm involved everything from market research and valuation analysis to property showings and marketing strategies. Being able to learn from one of the most successful Brokers in all of Rhode Island, I now have skills in both the technical and interpersonal side of Real Estate and its related finances, which, I believe, will be profoundly beneficial in my future career endeavors.
