These Career Services staff members are here to offer personalized support, helping you navigate opportunities on campus and beyond. You do not need to have a specific career objective in mind to meet with an advisor. The sooner we get to know you, the more effectively we can provide relevant guidance throughout your time at Swat.

20-minute one-on-one appointment with a Career Advisor.

How to Sign Up for an Introductory Appointment

1. On or after June 30, activate your Handshake account using your Swarthmore single sign-on credentials.
   • Once you activate your account, you’ll be able to schedule appointments, view upcoming events, look for jobs and internships, and connect with employers.
2. Using the menu on the left-hand side, follow the steps below to navigate to “Introductory Appointment”
   • Career Center > Appointments > Schedule New Appointment > First Year > Introductory Appointment
3. Follow the instructions on the page to schedule an appointment.
