Developing Your Authentic Self to Ignite Change

Did you know you have a superpower? People have the power and ability to change the world. In this course, Yolanda Johnson, president of Women in Development (WID) and founder of Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy (WOC), shows you how to find your superpower and use it as a tool for impact and change. First, Yolanda explains that what you think matters, and your body will listen to what you tell it to do. She covers the four pillars to find your superpower, then dives into tools and techniques to build your confidence. Yolanda asks what you want your legacy to be and helps you uncover the answers and identify your personal mission. She goes over ways to use and schedule your personal gifts while maintaining healthy boundaries and doing due diligence. Ready? Set? Go change the world! When you have completed this course, you will have the skills to make an impact and to change the world one step at a time.
