Navigate high-stakes M&A transactions at DLA Piper by mastering due diligence and supporting transformative health tech acquisitions.

Welcome to the M&A for AI Innovation programme! We are thrilled to have you here.

During this programme, you will get the opportunity to experience working as a junior team member and complete tasks that replicate the work that our Corporate M&A team does every day. You’ll learn key skills in:

Drafting critical legal documents, such as letters of intent (LOIs)Conducting due diligence to identify and mitigate risks in acquisitionsAnalysing disclosures and aligning them with representations and warrantiesProviding actionable recommendations to support high-stakes transactions

We hope this programme provides a great resource for you to upskill and strengthen your knowledge and skills as you explore career options and a potential career at DLA Piper.

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 5-6 hours to complete.
