BDH is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence across the group, translating strategy into execution across real estate operations, project delivery, facilities services and the core support functions that enable consistent service quality, profitability and risk management. The role typically sets operating cadences and KPIs, improves end to end processes, strengthens governance and controls, and ensures delivery disciplines across procurement, vendor management, service standards, quality assurance, and health and safety where applicable, while also driving systems adoption that improves management information and accountability. Minimum qualifications for this role usually include a bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent executive education often preferred for larger multi business environments, alongside strong commercial and operational literacy. Ideal experience is typically fifteen years or more in senior operational leadership within real estate, construction, facilities management or multi site services, with a track record of scaling operations, improving margins, building leadership teams, implementing performance management frameworks, and operating effectively within GCC regulatory and contracting norms, including complex stakeholder environments and board level reporting
