Job Title: Business and School Partnership Manager

Job Purpose:

The Business and School Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with businesses and schools to promote ongoing programs at the Ballet school and support nonprofit development. The primary goal of this role is to drive the growth of the school’s programs and revenue by creating partnerships, organizing events, project managing and conducting other outbound marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business and school partnership strategy

• Identify, engage and build strong relationships with schools and businesses that align with the Ballet school’s mission

• Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote ongoing programs

• Manage and coordinate events to promote the Ballet school’s programs to potential partners

• Attend meetings with schools and businesses and create reports to share with the management team

• Drive revenue growth by ensuring effective communication and follow-up with partners

• Provide feedback to the management team on the effectiveness of the partnership strategy

• Regularly drive to various locations to meet with schools and businesses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, communications, Marketing or a related field

• Experience in business development, sales, marketing or partnership management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth

• Ability to project manage and execute events

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
