Job Summary:
Crew-Tech is seeking a passionate, creative, and organized Content Coordinator. This part-time role with flexible schedule is perfect for a college student looking to apply and build upon their recently acquired skills.
This position requires you to “own it,” ensuring that our content, social media, email marketing, SEO, and website design efforts align with our company’s vision and values. Your role will focus on creating impactful content, driving audience engagement, enhancing our website, and supporting our sales team efforts.

Responsibilities:
As the Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Content Creation & Management:
• Producing at least two new pieces of content weekly (e.g., blog posts, videos, podcasts).
• Editing and enhancing drafts into compelling, error-free final versions.
Email Marketing:
• Designing and managing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience.
SEO & Analytics:
• Monitoring site analytics and implementing SEO strategies to optimize traffic.
Social Media Engagement:
• Managing social media interactions and curating engaging posts to build brand presence.
Premium Content Development:
• Creating and managing high-value content such as eBooks, white papers, and webinars.
Website Enhancements & Design:
• Designing and building website content.
• Implementing website improvements, including layout updates, visuals, and UX optimization.
• Managing and placing effective calls to action (CTAs) to boost engagement.
Continual Education & Training:
• Keeping up to date with the latest tools, such as HubSpot, and new marketing apps.
Collaboration:
• Meeting with the sales team to develop and train on new content strategies.
