Crush City is currently seeking a motivated and people-focused Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates, early-career professionals, and individuals looking to build a long-term career in account management, sales, marketing, client relations, and business development.

This is an entry level, on-site role where you will receive hands-on training, work closely with experienced professionals, and gain real-world experience managing client relationships, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, and representing client campaigns in a professional, customer-facing environment.

Position Overview

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will support client accounts, assist with sales and marketing campaigns, communicate directly with customers and clients, and help ensure strong account performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, learning sales strategy, and developing leadership skills.

You will gain practical experience in client communication, account coordination, campaign execution, customer engagement, market research, sales support, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will play an active role in supporting client accounts and customer-facing sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of sales, marketing, and account management campaigns for local clients
  • Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships through consistent communication and professional follow-up
  • Participate in face-to-face customer and client interactions to understand needs, answer questions, and present tailored solutions
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities to improve client engagement, customer satisfaction, and campaign performance
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to track progress, organize campaign details, and maintain accurate client account records
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, customer needs, and potential business opportunities
  • Help organize promotional events, outreach initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, and local marketing activities
  • Assist with proposals, scheduling, reporting, follow-ups, and other administrative support related to account management
  • Collaborate with team members to develop ideas that improve customer outreach, client communication, and sales results
  • Learn and apply entry level business development, sales, marketing, and client service strategies

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, motivated to grow, and comfortable working in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment.

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work on-site in Houston, TX
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Confidence interacting with customers, clients, and team members
  • Interest in account management, sales, marketing, customer service, business development, or leadership
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, communications, athletics, or campus leadership is helpful but not required
