Sales Manager reporting to Owner

Purpose of this Job:

Establish and build loyal relationships with clients. Meet company’s booked revenue goals

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for meeting or exceeding company booked revenue goals
  2. Take initiative and be creative in identifying opportunities for company to partner with clients
  3. Become an expert in clients’ goals, internal business workings and industry.
  4. Take a highly consultative approach to understand client needs.
  5. Understand and communicate company’s offerings.
  6. Drive the development and execution of key account sector plans
  7. Be a team player in sharing knowledge and assisting members on the team.
  8. Work closely with the services team to make sure we are selling work we can deliver at high quality level and at an appropriate price point.
  9. Embody the company core values.
  10. Constantly identify ways to learn and improve.

  1. Constant leads: 30 emails or calls a day
  2. Closing of sales goals: TBD
  3. Quick turnaround on projects: 2 hours per project
