Sales Manager reporting to Owner
Purpose of this Job:
Establish and build loyal relationships with clients. Meet company’s booked revenue goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for meeting or exceeding company booked revenue goals
- Take initiative and be creative in identifying opportunities for company to partner with clients
- Become an expert in clients’ goals, internal business workings and industry.
- Take a highly consultative approach to understand client needs.
- Understand and communicate company’s offerings.
- Drive the development and execution of key account sector plans
- Be a team player in sharing knowledge and assisting members on the team.
- Work closely with the services team to make sure we are selling work we can deliver at high quality level and at an appropriate price point.

- Constant leads: 30 emails or calls a day
- Closing of sales goals: TBD
- Quick turnaround on projects: 2 hours per project
