Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing within the art and design industry. As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies that promote our studio, attract new clients, and engage our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our studio’s services and projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storylines.
- Collaborate with the design team to design and create marketing materials such as digital assets, and brochures for social media, blogs and email campaigns including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Capture, edit, and organize photo and video content of studio projects, artists, and installations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Assist in content scheduling and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth including outbound lead targets
- Analyze engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community and triple online following
- Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, such as updating databases, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled in or completed a degree program related to marketing, communications, art, or design (or recent graduate).
● Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● 3D modeling skills in Rhino, Zbrush or Maya are preferred.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
● Creativity and a passion for art and design.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
