Implementation Engineers is seeking a hands-on CRM Systems & Master Data Manager to own the structure, workflows, and operation of our CRM platform. This position is a critical role that will enable our aggressive sales growth strategy.
This role is responsible for:
· Owning the CRM system design, configuration, metrics, and dashboards.
· Owning workflows, system logic, and automation in HubSport, including integration with Outlook, Power BI and digital marketing platforms.
· Being the accountable owner of the master data structure
· Ensuring the CRM functions as a true operating system for business development, not just a database
· Is a Super Admin User of HubSpot and supports future design development for Sales.
· Training and documentation to support new users and enhanced processes
This role does not own day-to-day data entry. Instead, it owns the system design, rules, workflows, and structure that make it easy and natural for the business development team to keep data current, consistent, and useful. This is a business systems owner role sitting at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Platform Ownership and Integration
o Identify, own and lead the adoption of CRM best practices in HubSpot, including data quality, enhanced functionality, and integration with other business platforms.
o Own HubSpot as a business platform, including configuration, ongoing evolution, system reliability and usability.
o Streamline workflows to drive efficiency, reduce manual tracking, and improve client follow-up
o Ensure the CRM is a trusted system of record for the company
2. Master Data Structure & Governance
o Act as the owner of the master data structure, including core objects (companies, contacts, calls, opportunities, tasks actions, etc.); fields, properties, and definitions; and required vs optional data.
o Define and maintain data standards and integrity, field usage rules, structural consistency, remove duplication
o Implement data governance process(es), including roles and responsibilities, reporting, audits, and metrics.
o This role ensures the system is designed so that good data is the natural outcome of doing the work.
3. Workflow, Automation & System Logic
o Design, build, and maintain workflows and automation to support business development processes; drive consistent system usage; automate updates where possible; and enforce process discipline.
o “Code the system” through configuration, workflow logic, automation, and rules and triggers.
o Translate business needs into system behavior.
4. CRM as an Operating System
o Ensure the CRM can reliably answer core business questions and metrics, such as activity volume (e.g., calls, meetings, outreach); progress against targets; pipeline and engagement health.
o Design the system so metrics are naturally produced by usage, not dependent on manual workarounds, build and maintain dashboards and reports leadership can trust.
o Implement tiered management structure to ensure accountabilities are understood and teams engage continuous improvement activities
5. Enablement of Business Development Teams
o Configure the system so that the right behavior is the easy behavior and reps can work efficiently inside the CRM.
o Set up views, defaults, required fields, and workflow-driven guidance.
o Reduce friction, increase adoption, and improve consistency of use

· HubSpot is fully integrated as an efficient system of record
· The CRM has:
o A clear, well-structured data model
o Clear rules and workflows
o Consistent usage across the business development team
· Leadership can easily see:
o Activity levels
o Progress against targets
o What is moving vs. what is stuck
· The CRM is no longer a place we log information — it is how the business development engine runs.

Qualifications
· 5+ years experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
· Hands-on experience with:
o CRM migrations
o Workflow automation
o Data structure / schema design
o Field and object configuration
· Strong understanding of:
o Master data concepts
o Data governance
o Translating business processes into systems
· Comfortable building “no-code / low-code” system logic using workflows, rules, and automation
· Excellent people and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
· Bachelors degree in Business or technical field
· HubSpot Admin certification
· Sales Operations systems ownership experience
· Background in systems, data, or operations
