About Journeyfront

Journeyfront is a fast growing B2B SaaS company, based in Lehi, UT. Our intelligent hiring platform helps contact centers and other high volume hiring orgs improve hiring speed and quality, transforming recruiting into a measurable system rather than a guessing game. We work mostly in-office (4 days a week) because we love what we do, and we like the people we work with. Come join our small, fast-moving team.

The role

This is a hybrid role that touches content, lead nurture, and sales enablement. You’ll learn all about both B2B marketing and sales and operate at the intersection between AI tools and relationship-building.

You’ll help stand up and execute the operational machinery that runs brand building and lead gen at scale for Journeyfront. You’ll help us build world-class content, connect with new leads and nurture them through the funnel, and execute a repeatable sales process that delivers results.

If you want to be part of a fast growing, high impact startup and on the cutting edge of using AI to drive marketing and sales enablement, you might be the one we’re looking for. Come join our close knit team!

What you’ll do

Content creation and distribution:

  • Generate and schedule blog posts, LinkedIn content, and email campaigns
  • Run Claude skills and workflows to produce copy and design assets
  • Adapt existing designs and layouts to fit messaging needs and brand guidelines
  • Route work for approval, incorporate feedback, and schedule final content
  • Own the content calendar end-to-end

Lead nurture:

  • Reach out to new leads to book meetings
  • Enroll prospects in HubSpot sequences and keep them moving
  • Make outbound phone calls
  • Build relationships proactively rather than waiting for inbound interest

Sales enablement and operations:

  • Research key accounts and contacts ahead of meetings
  • Run Claude skills to produce pre-sales briefings, post-meeting recap emails, and sales proposals
  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, travel, and on-site execution

Who this is for

You’ll thrive here if:

  • You like meeting new people. You’re comfortable picking up the phone to make a cold call, reaching out to a lead via Linkedin, or approaching a stranger at a conference.
  • You see AI as a leverage tool, not a threat. You’re already using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — or you’re passionate about learning AI and developing your AI skillset.
  • You can write a clean sentence and care about the difference between “fine” copy and copy that actually performs.
  • You can meet a deadline, actually… multiple deadlines, and a half-dozen open loops without dropping things.
  • You’re comfortable with startup pace and occasional event-driven hours when a deadline or conference demands it.
  • You’re hard working, analytical, and collaborative – you’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and tackling tough challenges in a team environment and a good mix of both data and ambiguity

Nice to have (not required)

  • 1–2 years in marketing, sales development, or a customer-facing roles
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Canva, and Figma
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, recruiting tech, or the BPO/contact center industry
  • A portfolio, blog, podcast, or any public-facing creative work — we care about whether you make things, not where you went to school

What you’ll get

  • Compensation: $45,000–$65,000 base + bonuses and equity
  • Schedule: 4 days in our Lehi, Utah office, 1 day remote
  • Mentorship: Daily collaboration with the team, full visibility into a real B2B GTM operation
  • Scope: You’ll touch content, demand gen, lead nurture, sales enablement, and events and be able to have a tangible impact on the company’s results and culture
  • Tools: HubSpot, Canva, Figma, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Claude as a daily co-pilot
  • Trajectory: A clear path into specialist or manager roles as you grow
