Maryland MEP is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to support and coordinate projects from initiation through completion.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in project management, client engagement, operations, and process improvement within a mission-driven organization. The Project Manager will support project planning, client coordination, onboarding activities, scheduling, reporting, and ongoing communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to support successful project execution
  • Support client and vendor onboarding processes and serve as a point of contact throughout project activities
  • Assist with proposals, project documentation, and reporting requirements
  • Track project tasks, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders regarding project updates and status
  • Maintain accurate project records and CRM data within Salesforce
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate project activities, and support administrative functions related to project execution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience
  • Utilize technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and project coordination
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Communications, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
