Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing MyStandard’s social media strategy to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and community growth. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling content and campaigns that highlight MyStandard’s innovative Web3 approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.).
- Create engaging and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to support brand awareness and community growth.
- Manage and grow MyStandard’s social media communities, fostering meaningful conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.
- Track social media metrics and analyze performance data to refine content and strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
- Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and run social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotions.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
- Stay informed on the latest Web3 trends and incorporate them into social media strategies to position MyStandard as a leader in decentralized talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.).
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging visuals and write compelling content.
- Knowledge of Web3, blockchain technology, and tokenomics is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with online communities effectively.
- A proactive and innovative approach to social media strategy, with a passion for experimenting with new trends and platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
