We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business, product, and technology. Someone who can understand stakeholder needs, translate them into clear requirements, and help drive better business decisions.

If you enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and improving processes you’ll fit right in.

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver solutions
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Support product planning, feature discussions, and release coordination
  • Create reports, documentation, user stories, and process flows
  • Track key business metrics and support data-driven decision-making
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives
  • Help improve operational efficiency and user experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, workflows, or user stories
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar
  • Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams
  • Understanding of business processes and product workflows
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to AI-driven or data-focused products
  • Experience working with product or engineering teams
