The Role
Remote contractor position • Approximately 10 hours/week
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
We are looking for a highly capable Social Media Assistant to support daily content operations across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat. The role reports directly to the founder and focuses on audience growth, engagement, and driving traffic to our platforms and products.
Responsibilities
- Post daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat
- Write captions and generate visuals using AI-assisted content tools
- Engage with comments and DMs within two hours of posting
- Drive traffic to nordicskin.health and skinscore.nordicskin.health
- Submit a concise weekly performance summary
- Bring trend awareness, content ideas, and platform insights
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Active and fluent in Instagram and TikTok culture
- Strong writing ability — clear, confident, concise
- Self-directed and reliable with minimal supervision
- Interest in skincare, clean beauty, wellness, or health science
- Bonus: experience with Canva, CapCut, Kive, or AI content tools
