Perform For Golf is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated intern to join our team. If you’re passionate about fitness, love helping athletes improve, and want real-world experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of sports performance — this is your chance.
Golf is about more than just technique — it’s about power, mobility, and precision. At Perform For Golf, we combine advanced strength & conditioning with golf-specific training to help players of all levels optimize their game. As a Golf Performance Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience working with athletes, learning from top coaches, and supporting programs that drive real results — on and off the course.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in delivering golf-specific performance training programs
Help coaches design and implement strength, mobility, and flexibility workouts
Support clients during sessions — providing guidance, encouragement, and feedback
Learn how to evaluate athletic performance and track client progress
Collaborate with golf coaches, trainers, and staff to grow the golf performance community
Gain exposure to the business side of a growing fitness company
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for golf, fitness, and athletic performance
Studying Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (or a recent graduate)
Interest in strength & conditioning and golf performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team setting
Bonus Qualifications:
Personal golf experience or understanding of the game
Prior experience in strength & conditioning or athletic coaching
