The Sarah Schwartz Group is building one of the most comprehensive online real estate and relocation resources for Northeast Florida. Our website will eventually feature thousands of detailed community and neighborhood pages covering areas such as Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns County, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and surrounding communities.
Each neighborhood page will include original photography and video that helps prospective buyers understand what it is actually like to live there. We are seeking a creative, dependable UNF student to capture professional-quality drone footage and photographs of neighborhood entrances, streets, homes, parks, playgrounds, lakes, trails, green spaces, pools, amenity centers, sports courts, and other defining community features.
For each neighborhood, the student will work from a detailed shot list and capture:
- A comprehensive collection of edited and unedited drone photographs
- Smooth aerial footage showing the neighborhood’s layout and amenities
- Footage suitable for a 2–5 minute YouTube neighborhood tour
- Content framed for horizontal video and vertical social-media use
- High-altitude establishing shots and lower, more immersive neighborhood views
The work should feel polished, welcoming, and informative rather than overly commercial. The goal is to create an authentic visual tour that allows buyers relocating to Northeast Florida to understand the neighborhood before visiting it in person.
The project is large and ongoing, offering the potential for consistent part-time work and an extensive professional portfolio. The selected candidate may photograph hundreds—and eventually thousands—of neighborhoods as the website expands. Each assignment will follow a structured photography and videography checklist, including smooth 4K footage, multiple elevations and angles, and sufficient shot overlap for editing flexibility.
Essential Skills Include:
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- Skilled and confident drone operation
- Aerial photography and cinematic videography
- Ability to capture smooth, controlled movements and multiple elevations
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, exposure, and camera settings
- Ability to record high-quality 4K video and sharp aerial photographs
- Familiarity with FAA airspace restrictions and flight authorization procedures
- Ability to follow a detailed neighborhood shot list consistently
- Strong organization and digital file-management skills
- Reliable communication, scheduling, and time management
- Good judgment regarding weather, safety, residents, traffic, and private property
- Reliable transportation throughout Northeast Florida
- Basic photo and video editing skills preferred
