What You’ll Do
- Build professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Learn consultative business development strategies
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
- Understand business challenges and recommend customized solutions
- Develop strong communication and presentation skills
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through account development
- Track goals and business performance using CRM tools
- Participate in daily coaching, leadership meetings, and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–3 years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time from our North Dallas office
Previous sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training is provided for all qualified candidates.
