What You’ll Do

  • Build professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Learn consultative business development strategies
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
  • Understand business challenges and recommend customized solutions
  • Develop strong communication and presentation skills
  • Manage client relationships from initial contact through account development
  • Track goals and business performance using CRM tools
  • Participate in daily coaching, leadership meetings, and professional development sessions
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0–3 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time from our North Dallas office

Previous sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training is provided for all qualified candidates.
