About The Role:
Are you a detail-oriented and creative problem solver with a passion for customer engagement and marketing? As a Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer interactions, refining product information, and enhancing brand presence across various channels. This high-visibility position offers growth potential into key roles within our organization, including assisting our Product Management team in the development of innovative new products.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to maintain, improve, and expand product detail pages, user manuals, and packaging across multiple product categories. You will also help build meaningful connections with customers by managing inquiries, collecting feedback, and driving brand engagement across online platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate specifications, features, and benefits.
- Serve as a key customer liaison, addressing inquiries from Big Box retailers and direct customers via reviews, Q&A, email, and phone.
- Engage with and nurture our online community by monitoring and assisting with our social media marketing
- Create, proofread, and edit compelling product descriptions, marketing content, and promotional materials.
- Audit and optimize product listings to enhance customer experience and improve sales performance.
- Act as a brand ambassador, monitoring and managing product review programs to improve ratings and customer trust.
- Support marketing initiatives by contributing ideas and insights into customer behavior and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage orders, returns, and product inventory.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field (Preferred).
- Prior internship or retail experience is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm and a strong work ethic matter most!
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, prioritizes tasks effectively, and meets deadlines consistently.
