First Destinations: Class of 2025

Each year, Swarthmore College Career Services partners with Institutional Effectiveness, Research & Assessment, Admissions, Alumni Relations & Academic Success to survey graduating students on their student experience and post-graduate outcomes or “destinations.” The Multi-Year Dashboard (linked above) and the Class of 2025 findings recorded below include information gathered from LinkedIn, faculty members, and other campus sources. Through the dashboard, you can also view data from 2022-2024.
