SourceAbled is a program developed by Rangam in partnership with the autism community in India. It leverages Rangam’s strong ties to the global disability community and workforce expertise to design and develop: 1) SourceAbled Community (for vocational skills training and community-based employment) and 2) SourceAbled Business (for corporations looking to hire individual with disabilities).
