Summer Funding Applications from Career Services are Open!

This year, Career Services is offering two opportunities to obtain summer funding:

1. Swarthmore Future Entrepreneurship Program (SFEP)

This program allows students to intern at local start up companies through a partnership with Ben Franklin Technology Partners. Students can apply to posted opportunities and interview directly with participating start-up companies. Students will not receive any funding from the start up companies. In order to support the exposure to educational and entrepreneurial opportunities, the College will provide selected students with $6000 in summer funding support for 10 weeks.

2. (NEW!) Career Services Summer Stipend

Career Services is piloting a program for summer internship funding where students can apply for a stipend to support living expenses associated with pursuing an unpaid opportunity that they have been offered and intend to accept for the Summer of 2024.

If you are interested in applying to either of these, please be sure to review the specific details for each program as they have a different set of requirements. Please not that a) seniors & alumni are ineligible to apply for either program and b) the deadline for both is Friday, February 16.
