Your Fall Recruiting Roadmap: Building Plan A, B, and C

Fall recruiting can feel like a lot when you’re also juggling visa deadlines, OPT/CPT paperwork, culture shock, and the isolation of navigating a new job market largely on your own. This session is for you. We’ll talk honestly about what international students are up against this year, then use a Plan A/B/C worksheet to help you build your own realistic backup plan — so you’re not pinning everything on one outcome you can’t fully control. We’ll also cover why networking needs to start now, not in your final semester. Bring your questions — there’ll be time at the end to talk through your specific situation. This webinar is hosted by Interstride and is open to GoinGlobal partners and their students (Swarthmore College students and staff included!)
