Advaiya is a Microsoft Solutions Partner working with mid-market and enterprise organizations across manufacturing, AEC, energy, and field services in the US and India. We’re hiring a GTM associate to be our person on the ground in the US Microsoft ecosystem — building relationships with Microsoft sellers, running local activations, and converting warm signals into qualified conversations.
Role Overview:
You’re the human layer of our US growth motion. Signal intelligence, enrichment, and campaign infrastructure are run by our India team; your job is what can’t be done remotely — relationships, presence, and voice.
Job Location: US (remote, travel required)
Roles & Responsibilities:
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain working relationships with Microsoft field sellers (SMB, mid-market, Dynamics, and Azure teams) in Atlanta, Texas, and the upper Midwest — becoming the partner contact they think of for ERP migration and data opportunities
- Source and progress Microsoft co-sell referrals; register and track co-sell opportunities with our partner alliance lead
- Execute localized activations: roundtables, partner events, and targeted campaigns in metro markets — owning logistics, invitations, and follow-up
- Call and follow up on warm, signal-qualified leads in US hours — website visitors, event attendees, co-sell introductions. No cold sequencing; every conversation starts from an observable signal or referral
- Qualify conversations against our evidence-based criteria and hand off to account executives with full context
- Feed field intelligence back to the India team to sharpen targeting and campaigns
What you’ll need
- 1–3 years in sales development, partner development, or field marketing — B2B technology preferred
- Comfort on the phone and in the room: this role is majority live conversation, not tooling
- Willingness to travel 25–50% within the US
- Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a strong plus; genuine curiosity about it is required
- Organized, self-directed, and evidence-minded — you track what you do and report what happened, not what you hoped for.
