Sales & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Alpine Homes | Utah
20 hours per week | Flexible schedule

Alpine Homes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing, community branding, and digital content creation.

You’ll work directly with our Sales & Marketing Manager and play a key role in bringing our communities to life through marketing, content, and operational support.

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Assist with planning, drafting, and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Capture and organize photo/video content from model homes, events, and communities
  • Help create short-form video content (Reels, Stories, etc.)
  • Maintain and organize the company’s media library

Website & Marketing Support

  • Review website pages for accuracy, grammar, and user experience
  • Assist with updating community pages, home descriptions, and imagery
  • Help maintain marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and promotional assets
  • Ensure QR codes and links across marketing materials are functioning properly

Email Marketing

  • Assist in building and formatting email campaigns
  • Maintain and organize email marketing lists
  • Track and report on basic email performance metrics

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Research competitor communities, pricing, and incentives
  • Compile and summarize findings to support marketing strategy
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights

Event Planning & Community Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing community events
  • Coordinate vendors and help manage event logistics
  • Support on-site event setup and breakdown as needed

Marketing Operations

  • Help track and organize signage, marketing inventory, and community needs
  • Maintain spreadsheets and marketing trackers for various initiatives
  • Assist with coordinating photographers and organizing visual assets

Online Reputation Management

  • Monitor online reviews across platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.)
  • Assist in drafting responses and tracking overall ratings
  • Support initiatives to improve customer engagement and reviews

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects at once
  • Interest in real estate, marketing, or community development
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Schedule & Travel Requirements

  • Approximately 20 hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Employees may choose which weekdays they work, provided they consistently meet their weekly hour requirement.
  • Occasional Saturday availability from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. is required when scheduled to assist with community events or other special events.
  • Regular travel is required to Alpine Homes communities throughout Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah counties. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must be willing to work from the company’s Draper, Utah office when not working in the field.

Compensation

  • $23 per hour
