Responsibilities
You own the social channels of several brands: you plan, design, post, test, report, and grow.
- Plan and run the content calendars for several brands, posting daily on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Write captions and engineer campaigns built to go viral
- Design social assets, including carousels and event flyers, and support the ads team on creative
- Engage each community by replying to comments and direct messages
- Run influencer marketing, from outreach to managing the influencer program
- Grow the numbers through A/B testing, fast feedback loops, and constant iteration
- Own the KPIs and deliver weekly and monthly reports
Who you are
- Results matter more than years of experience: entry-level candidates and students are welcome, and being self-taught is a plus
- You have real, proven experience growing social media accounts
- You live and breathe social media, and you know how to make content go viral
- You do whatever it takes to grow the numbers
- You are self-driven and autonomous
- You can handle several brands at once
- You leverage AI tools in your daily work
