At C4ADS, we are pushing the bounds of what is possible with open data and technology for human rights investigations and impact on issues including forced labor supply chains, government repression, and freedom of expression. As the Program Director of the Human Security program, you will be responsible for directing the analysis and impact of C4ADS’ anti-forced labor and human rights abuse portfolios while managing a team of exceptional analysts.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a vision for the Human Security program
- Lead and manage a team of analysts working on a variety of Human Security projects
- Manage analytical production across all projects and portfolios within the program
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements for project tracking, analyst management and organization, and project reporting
- Maintain and improve analytical standards
- Explore and integrate new analytical techniques to elevate the work of the program and the organization
- Liaise with external funders, government and private sector partners, and civil society actors
- Develop new project concepts and seek funder support
- Work in close coordination with Chief Operating Officer, Director of Analysis, Director of Finance, and Chief of People to manage the analytical production and the administrative aspects of the program
