MGT (formerly Cicero) is a premier management consulting firm focused on implementing data-driven strategies for a broad mix of private, public, and social sector organizations across the globe. At MGT, Business Analysts are the heart of the consulting process and are challenged every day by colleagues and project leads to develop new skills and achieve professional goals. This is an entry-level position. As a MGT Business Analyst, you will:

  • Execute the research and analyses that define our strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions in projects such as (but not limited to)
    • Organization Transformation
    • Private Equity Due Diligence
    • Strategic Development/Implementation
    • Market Research & Assessments
  • Manage diverse and impactful internal initiatives

While there is no single educational or professional background that best prepares you for a fulfilling career at MGT, we typically look for the following qualifications:

  • 0-3 Years of full-time professional experience
  • Undergraduate degree or graduate degree
  • Excellent academic record and grade point average
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to think independently and meaningfully collaborate with teams
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are always welcome and appreciated)
  • Effective organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional ambition and leadership skills in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings

Positions are available in Salt Lake City, Utah or Washington, D.C.

  1. Resume Screening
  2. Asynchronous Video Interview
  3. Case & Behavioral Interview
  4. Super Days

Key Dates (Full-Time):

  • Resume Screening & Asynchronous Video Interview: Completed by October 16
  • Case & Behavioral Interviews: October 19-30
  • Super Days: November 2-20
