Position Summary
The Finance Process Automation Developer role within the Finance team inside Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness will focus primarily on the development, execution, and continuous improvement of systems and processes that improve financial outcomes, departmental service, and overall efficiency. The Automation role will be focused on the coding and development of C# based programs that enhance our Finance team’s ability to best support a variety of teams.
The candidate selected for this position will provide support to a variety of different active processes and initiatives. They will establish new methods of completing work processes utilizing a variety of different technologies (primarily C#) and coding techniques as well enhance the businesses understanding of how to utilize key methods to reduce manual work.
Specifically, the Finance Process Automation Developer will be responsible for
- Converting business needs into actionable solutions utilizing C# or other technologies
- Create technical documentation to support all developments
- Collaborate in a team development environment and utilize current best practices to complete coding projects in existing frameworks
- Partner with business to seek out improvement opportunities in existing manual processes and then present and articulate conclusions and recommendations to the leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
1+ years of experience working with MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint either academically or professionally, internships included
1+ years of experience using an object oriented programming language [C# preferred] either academically or professionally, internships include
1+ years of experience using an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) [Visual Studio preferred] either academically or professionally, internships included
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience developing business ready solutions utilizing an object oriented programming language
2+ years developing software based on instructions generated by end-users or via course work
Experience with HTML and CSS
Education
Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 – $105,100.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
