Junior Marketing Associate

Summary Description

Dynamics produces software and hardware products across a number of industries.

The Junior Marketing Associate supports the in-house marketing team by executing growth-focused social media campaigns, managing daily content calendars, and analyzing performance data. Based in Pittsburgh, this role focuses on boosting online brand presence, increasing engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), and driving lead generation or customer acquisition through targeted social tactics. They will work closely with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals, requiring a mix of creative content creation, data analysis, and fast-paced execution

Professional Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.· 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (internships count). · Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), Canva, and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).· Strong written communication skills with the ability to create brand-aligned copy. Primary Skills

· Customer Service and Engagement via empathetic crisis management, customer journey mapping, conflict resolution, customer advocacy.

· Joint Marketing via strategic alliance management, joint campaign execution, and ecosystem enablement.

· Social Media via community management, social listening and research, platform specific content strategy, short-form video production.

· Data-driven decision making

· Cross-functional collaboration

· Website, product, sales, and user performance funnels via multi-touch attribution modeling, funnel visualization and drop-off analysis, conversion rate optimization, SEO and SEM performance tracing,

· Impact Alignment via lead-scoring and funnel management, CAC and LTV analysis, pipeline influence tracking, cycle time management.

· Social Media Management: Executing daily content, scheduling posts, and managing platform-specific strategies (especially TikTok/short-form video and LinkedIn for B2B).

· Content Creation & Copywriting: Drafting engaging social media copy and creating visual content (graphics/short-form video).

· Data Analysis & Reporting: Tracking, measuring, and reporting on the effectiveness of social campaigns using GA4 and social native analytics.

· Growth Marketing Mindset: Proactively identifying trends, optimizing posts for engagement, and contributing to lead generation campaigns.

· Online Community Engagement: Actively responding to comments and maintaining community relations

· Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to stay up to date with fast-changing algorithms and trends.

· Graphic Design: Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
