Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to help us document and share the growth of the company, our team, and our culture. You’ll work directly with the owner to create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.) that attracts talent and builds our brand.
Ideal for a student who wants real, portfolio-worthy work in social media, brand building, and content marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and brainstorm content ideas around:
- Day-in-the-life, sales/entrepreneurship, company culture, and customer stories
- Film and capture content (mainly on iPhone) with the owner and team in the field/office
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (CapCut, VN, Adobe, etc.)
- Write simple captions, hooks, and on-screen text
- Post content consistently and help manage a basic content calendar
- Track performance (views, saves, followers, applications) and suggest experiments
What We’re Looking For
- Current student studying marketing, communications, media, film, business, or similar
- Active user of social platforms (IG / TikTok / YouTube) who understands trends and hooks
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Comfortable filming and giving light direction in person
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage deadlines with minimal hand-holding
- Able to be on-site in Doylestown periodically for filming (not 100% remote)

- Compensation: $7.25 per hour
