Consultant Role:
As a consultant at Hudson West, you’ll work directly with clients from day one, travelling globally to deliver high impact solutions across many industries. You’ll be a part of a large global team focused on short – medium length projects for customers in multiple industries. We leverage a flat organization structure where every level, from Consultant to Principal, contribute side by side
- Partner with client teams to uncover business needs and solutions
- Facilitate meetings to surface insights and drive progress
- Extract, Transform, Load, and Analyze large sets of data in data analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, and other tools
- Perform Quantitative and observational data analyses
- Create and present client recommendations
- Assist with leading client training
- Handle internal initiatives and workstreams including business development, content creation
- Support Hudson West’s growth as part of a small entrepreneurial team
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in consulting and/or Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Access, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus
- Prior consulting experience or demonstrated leadership in relevant academic or professional organizations
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time both domestically and globally
- Desire to be based in Milwaukee, New York, or Chicago
