Engage with clients as their day-to-day point of contact, supporting meetings, workshops, and presentations, cultivating relationships through exceptional customer service and subject matter expertise.

Develop and deliver client-ready materials, including presentations, communications, and recommendations.

Support the development of training materials and ensure alignment between process changes and end-user adoption.

Perform detailed process analysis and apply Lean principles to support business process transformation initiatives.

Organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to inform decision-making.

Collaborate with senior consultants to develop data-driven solutions across the various practices.

Participate in project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Contribute to business development activities by identifying new opportunities for consulting services.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
