Review client marketing and advertising materials for compliance with regulatory requirements

Identify potential regulatory and disclosure risks, and communicate directly with clients to provide precise, well-reasoned comments and edits

Conduct performance and track record calculations to validate data

Tailor reviews to reflect each client’s distinct business model and communication style

Manage assignments through Iron Road’s project management systems to ensure timeliness and accuracy

Participate in client calls and internal discussions to refine approaches and maintain strong relationships

Skills and Experience

Undergraduate degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields preferred)

Demonstrated interest in financial markets, compliance, or regulatory consulting

Exceptional attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

Strong analytical, quantitative, and writing skills

Client-service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent organizational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
