About Keeper
Most Americans were never taught how money works. No one explained taxes, deductions, or how to keep more of what you earn, and yet we’re handed a complex tax code to navigate on our own. On top of that, the economy is shifting. The rise of freelancing, gig work, and solopreneurship means more Americans than ever are earning self-employment income. That means navigating 1099s, quarterly taxes, and business deductions entirely on their own, and leaving thousands of dollars on the table every tax season.
Keeper is on a mission to change that — to use AI to make bookkeeping and taxes easier for a new and growing class of solopreneurs. Keep your income, expenses, deductions, quarterly taxes, and tax filing organized year-round. Our goal is simple: make the financial and tax side of self-employment easier to manage and easier to get right.

About the role
We are looking for a resourceful, culturally fluent early career marketer to help build Keeper’s influencer partnerships engine. Your primary job is to find creators who can make excellent social content, negotiate strong partnerships, and move those deals from first outreach to signed agreement and delivered asset.
You will own a real partnership pipeline. You should be able to spot an up and coming creator before everyone else does, explain why their voice fits Keeper, reach out thoughtfully, negotiate the details, and keep the collaboration moving.
What you’ll do
Source high potential creators. Continuously identify creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and emerging communities who reach freelancers, new business owners, and people with multiple income streams.
Evaluate content with a high bar. Assess storytelling, hooks, on camera presence, editing, originality, audience trust, comment quality, brand safety, and whether the creator’s work can translate into effective paid advertising.
Build targeted outreach. Write personalized pitches that show you understand the creator’s work and clearly communicate why Keeper is relevant to their audience.
Negotiate and close partnerships. Own discussions about rates, deliverables, timelines, revisions, usage rights, exclusivity, and partnership ad permissions while protecting the relationship and Keeper’s economics.
Run the partnership pipeline. Track prospects, outreach, follow ups, negotiations, contracts, product access, asset delivery, and renewal opportunities with excellent attention to detail.
Partner with creators and Keeper’s growth team. Learn the product and customers, give creators credible context without flattening their voice, adapt proven paid concepts into useful briefs, and flag emerging formats.
Develop a repeatable roster. Build relationships with creators we can test, learn from, and rebook as Keeper scales its paid creator program.
Who you are
Chronically online (in a useful way). You understand how content travels, notice formats before they feel overused, and know the difference between a creator with followers and a creator with real influence.
A strong judge of creative quality. You can explain why a hook works, why a creator feels credible, and whether a piece of organic content has paid potential.
Commercially confident. You are comfortable discussing money, asking direct questions, negotiating respectfully, and finding terms that work for both sides.
Highly autonomous. You can turn a goal into a prospect list and a prospect list into booked partnerships without waiting for step by step instructions.
Exceptionally organized and clear. You follow up, document details, catch loose ends, and communicate with creators and managers in a human, concise, and responsive way.
Curious about solopreneurs. You are interested in how freelancers, consultants, creators, and new business owners work, earn, and make decisions.
Early in your career, but high ownership. You may be a recent graduate or have up to 1 year of relevant experience. We care more about your taste, initiative, and judgment than a specific pedigree.
Nice to have
Relevant experience may come from creator partnerships, talent management, paid social, business development, campus organizations, content creation, or community building. Familiarity with creator licensing, partnership ads, pipeline tools, fintech, taxes, or entrepreneurship is useful but not required.
How success will be measured
A steady pipeline of qualified, on brand creators.
Consistent outreach and booking velocity, with partnerships secured at sensible rates and clear paid usage terms.
Creators who deliver strong, usable work on time and are worth testing or rebooking.
Accurate follow through plus cultural insights that improve Keeper’s creator and paid social strategy.
