Marketing Manager (Owner of Marketing Results) | Nestwell | Utah

Nestwell is hiring one person to own marketing results across Nestwell Property Management and Nestwell Real Estate, and to lead a remote team of three. You’ll set the plan, hit the numbers, and personally create content (video, podcast, social posts, and web) where it yields the best results.

About Nestwell

Nestwell is a Utah-based property management company and real estate brokerage. We serve long-term, hands-off real estate investors and we’re raising the bar for what professional property management looks like. We’re growing, and marketing is a major part of how.

What you’ll own

  • Lead growth. Qualified leads for property management (homeowners and real estate investors with a bit of tenants) and the brokerage (mainly agent recruits, with a bit of buyers, sellers), against monthly targets you help set.
  • Brand and quality. A consistent, higher-quality brand across editorial, video, podcast, and other mediums.
  • Hands-on creation. You are a strategist with a large part of this role is making things yourself: you’ll write, shoot, host, or build where we have gaps. You set the quality bar for everything we publish. (You’re not in front of the lens unless that is your thing.)
  • Team leadership. You’ll manage three remote teammates in various time zones: a content and social writer, a full-time web designer, and a PPC specialist. You’ll set priorities, run bi-weekly direction sessions, give feedback, and hold people accountable to results.
  • Measurement. You’ll track the full funnel, from first touch through our BDMs’ follow-up to signed owners and agents, and report cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion by channel. You’ll move the budget to what works. Our two BDMs own follow-up speed; you’ll recommend and create fixes for better results.
  • Future brand. You may help launch marketing for Team Toolbelt as a possible third brand.

You’re a fit if you

Have 4+ years in marketing, with real ownership of brand or lead-generation results Have managed people or contractors, ideally remote or international Can show work in at least two of: video, podcast, web, editorial, etc Know paid search, AIO, SEO, email, and analytics well enough to direct specialists Write clearly, give direct feedback, and follow through Will work a daily overlap window with our executives and global team across multiple continents Bonus points Property management, real estate, or investor-audience experience Podcast or video production experience Experience launching, repositioning, and growing a brand

Success looks like

  • 30 days: audit of channels, spend, and lead data
  • 60 days: marketing plan, targets, and a scorecard
  • 90 days: first campaign you create and content cycle live, reported against the scorecard
  • 180 days: content engine running on cadence, every lead tracked to a source, cost per qualified lead known by channel, and leads trending toward the
  • 12-month target 12 months: lead targets hit for property management and the brokerage, with a repeatable content engine

Compensation and logistics

  • Base: Hourly rate of $25 to $30/hour, depending on experience
  • Bonus: structure tied to qualified lead goals
  • Benefits: PTO, retirement match for F/T
  • Location: Utah-based; three days in office, two days hybrid
  • Reports to: CEO/President

To apply
