We’re looking for an early-career Business Analyst who can understand business problems, work with data, and help translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants hands-on exposure to product development, data analysis, Agile delivery, and SaaS operations.
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders.
You’ll help gather requirements, analyze processes and data, document business needs, and support teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, curious, and comfortable asking the right questions to understand how a product or process can be improved.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into clear requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams during feature development
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and business opportunities
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate product functionality
- Track requirements, project updates, issues, and dependencies
- Conduct market and competitor research when required
- Help Product Managers prioritize improvements based on business needs and data
- Maintain clear and organized project and product documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Product Operations, Consulting, or a related area
- Internship, academic project, or hands-on experience is welcome
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business requirements and process analysis
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases, and software development lifecycle
- Exposure to SaaS, AI, Machine Learning, or technology products
- Experience creating wireframes or process diagrams using Figma, Lucidchart, or Visio
- Knowledge of Agile certifications such as CSM, ECBA, or CAPM
- Experience with data visualization or business intelligence projects
