- Analysis of cost structures, market potentials, processes, and supply chains in various industries.
- You support our clients in the development and implementation of individually tailored strategies and measures for supply chain optimization, actively contributing to the overall success of our clients.
- Involvement and collaboration with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
