Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Prolase Medispa | Northern Virginia
Full-Time | In-Person | $40,000–$60,000/year + Full Benefits

About the Role

Prolase Medispa is looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves social media, content creation, photography/video, and the world of beauty, aesthetics, and digital marketing.

You’ll help bring the Prolase brand to life across social media and digital channels, while gaining real-world experience in content strategy, marketing campaigns, brand development, and performance analytics.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in marketing, communications, social media, or the beauty and aesthetics industry. While this position is intended to be full-time, we will also consider qualified candidates seeking part-time opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
  • Capture photos and short-form video content featuring treatments, team members, products, and the Prolase experience
  • Edit videos and create graphics using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms
  • Write captions, promotional copy, and other social content that reflects the Prolase brand
  • Maintain a content calendar and help plan campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to identify content opportunities
  • Monitor social media comments, messages, reviews, and community engagement
  • Support email and SMS marketing initiatives
  • Track social and digital marketing performance and help identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
  • Contribute to broader marketing and brand initiatives across our Northern Virginia locations
  • Help ensure all content consistently reflects Prolase’s luxury brand standards and appropriate privacy/HIPAA practices

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is creative and comfortable taking an idea from concept to finished content. You don’t need years of professional experience to be successful in this role. We’re interested in your skills, creativity, initiative, and ability to learn.

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • A degree or current coursework in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Digital Media, Business, Design, or a related field
  • Experience creating social media content through a job, internship, student organization, freelance work, personal projects, or your own social platforms
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An eye for visual presentation, branding, and trends
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team
  • Interest in beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or the medical spa industry is a plus

Students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. A portfolio, social media account, or examples of content you’ve created are welcome and can be submitted with your application.

Compensation & Benefits

$40,000 base salary + up to $20,000 in performance-based bonus potential

Full-time benefits are provided, including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) eligibility with company match, paid time off, and sick leave.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person position. The role is based in our Falls Church location with occasional travel to our Fairfax and Sterling locations.

You’ll work alongside a growing team in a professional, collaborative environment with opportunities to learn about advanced aesthetics, digital marketing, content creation, and the business of a luxury medical spa.

Why Prolase?

At Prolase, we’re passionate about aesthetics, innovation, and creating exceptional experiences for our clients. Our team works with advanced technology and a wide range of treatments, and we believe in giving talented people opportunities to develop their skills and grow.

If you’re ready to turn your creativity into real-world marketing experience and build a career in a fast-growing industry, we’d love to hear from you.
