We are looking for a highly motivated and organized leader to manage our Moorestown office. The Entry Level Manager will hire, train and manage a team of Customer Service Specialists who will support the efforts of the Campaign Director.
The Entry Level Manager responsibilities include coordinating the efforts of our clients and marketing/sales team, hiring all internal team members and developing news strategies to execute the services.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all operations for in office and field services
- Must be comfortable working with computers and tablets
- Hire and train all new associates
- Oversee all office operations from classroom training and recruiting efforts
- Find creative solutions to unanticipated problems
- Analyze the profitability and efficiency of the team by analyzing all results
- Create a professional work environment and manage the culture of the staff
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred or some college education
- Motivated by results-driven industries
- Must have a Professional Demeanor and Appearance
- Desire to work in a rapidly expanding & cutting-edge industry
