The Lighthouse Church and Ministries is hiring for its creative and digital media team. You will shape how our services, conferences, and events reach audiences online, from the graphics on the screens in the room to the clips people share the next morning.
Open positions:
– Content Creator
– Social Media Coordinator
– Graphic Designer
What you will do:
– Create short-form video, photo, and graphic content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
– Design service graphics, event branding, print collateral, signage, and digital assets
– Capture and edit content on-site during services, conferences, and special events
– Build and maintain the content calendar, publish on schedule, and engage with the online audience
– Track performance and bring what you learn back into the next round of content
– Partner closely with the live production and camera team so the two feeds work as one
What we are looking for:
– Experience creating content or design work for an organization, brand, campus publication, client, or your own audience. We hire at both the entry level and the experienced level, so tell us where you are
– Working knowledge of any of the following is a plus: Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Figma, Canva, CapCut, or comparable tools
– A strong eye, a fast turnaround, and comfort shooting and editing on your phone as readily as on a camera
– A portfolio: designs, reels, social accounts you have run, or campaigns you have built
– Degree not required. Coursework, campus media, freelance, internship, and volunteer work all count
Schedule and essential requirements:
– Sunday availability is required and is an essential function of every position on this team
– Midweek services, conferences, and occasional evening, weekend, and holiday events are part of the regular schedule
– Roles are performed on-site in Humble, Texas
– Employment is contingent on a background check
