We are looking for a Manager – Warehouse Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
The role will involve overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, workforce planning, process optimization, and compliance with safety and operational standards. The role will also require leading warehouse teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, results-oriented, analytical, and a strong leader, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with practical experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and knowledge of warehouse, supply chain, safety, and regulatory requirements.
A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is required.
