Recruiting Consortia

Swarthmore College has many collaborative recruiting events that allow our employer partners to recruit students from Swarthmore as well as from other elite institutions. For students, consortia are beneficial because they increase access to employers beyond on-campus recruiting. For employers, consortia expands the reach to include students across multiple elite campuses without the added travel and coordination.

LAUNCH is an opportunity for juniors and seniors to interview for internships and full-time jobs. This is a highly selective interview day that requires pre-selection by the employers in advance.

BioLink/DataLink gives employers the opportunity to meet, interview and hire top Biomedical, Biotech, Science, Data Science and Data Analytics candidates. Juniors and seniors are invited to interview for both full-time and internship positions. Employers can pre-select candidates

Georgetown Expo

 This event brings together hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students and alumni from some of the most recognized colleges and universities in the area seeking careers in Government, Education, and Nonprofit industries.
